GYM

gym freak 101

we have now
officially enrolled
in an exclusive
womens gym

chet and i
are determined
to shape up
and
spice up
our lives
by changing our
whole outlook
on our
weight
and life

Now
we get to eat
all the meat
that we want
coz were on a
high protein
low carb diet

ill be posting our daily menus here
to remind me of
what not to eat again
as we are having
difficulties in
planning our meals

DAY 1 Monday

7pm
officially enrolled.
we started our
30 minute routine
and i was exhausted

we ate:
Dinner

Tuna (Adobo)
Boiled eggs
Flavored water

Day 2

Breakfast:
Chet made some
scrambled eggs
We bought
some maling
at Aling Ebs

Lunch:
We bought
chicken cheesedogs
w/buns and catsup
turned out processed
meat is a no-no

Dinner:
We bought 1/2 chicken
at Pinagtakhan(spelling?)
and flavored water
Our meal was worth
like 57 bux each
17 pesos for the
flavored water
40 bux each for the
chicken
Wow...
