Kitchen Fail

My silly attempt at cooking aglio e olio.

It failed because I substituted butter for olive oil.

But I still loved it because I am a butter addict,

it still tasted garlicky but I think 

the large imported garlic bulbs are not as flavorful 

as our small pungent indigent garlic bulbs.

Too much butter yeah.

I eat straight from the pan, so sue me. :(

Shrimp & Snowpeas + Broccoli Experiment

This post is way too delayed.

We bough some frozen shrimp at the 

SM Rosario Supermarket.

He suggested that we do a 

stir-fry so we bought some veggies as well.

It tasted superb since we only used butter

to flavor the dish.

Yey to veggies!

The shrimp was kinda mushy,

we had a hard time defrosting it.
