Bagong paligo,

kitang-kita ang scratches sa ulo niya.

He had a severe case of over grooming!

I managed to have kitty sit still

for several seconds, enough time to put

a cotton ball on top of his head.

Kitty Chronicles: Butt Kitty

When kitty is sleepy

no amount of noise nor tremor

could rouse him from his perch or nook.

He has been favoring the little

carpet for awhile now,

its so full of kitty's white fluff,

we had to clean it all over again.

You can see him here

lounging beneath hubby's butt.

(Hubby was fixing the bed

and kitty cares not even if he farts)

Why do cats sit

all prim and proper?

Paws like toes bundled together?

Kitty's paws are a bit dirty here,

he has been prowling around the compound

guarding his harem.

Bonding time with the cat

consists of kitty jumping on my lap

and laying on top of the warm keyboard.

I shoo him away of course,

I pick him up,

pat his head,

and put him back on the floor.

But often he is too cute to shoo away.

So I put the keyboard away

and let him sleep on the pull-out drawer instead.

Snooze time for kitty.

Ever watched Cat-Dog the cartoon?

This is Cat-Pig.

Why is his nostrils so large?!

Must be the smell of the other kitty cats

that is driving him nuts.

Do not follow the light kitty nooooh !

This is kitty's fave place, guarding the door

para makapuslit siya palabas.

Kitty Chronicles: Mirror Cat

Was playing around with my mobile phone's image editor.

Behold my cat.

Tinkered with the settings and had a good laugh

with the warp mode.

Then I discovered the mirror effect,

which splits the image in half and clones it.

Only faces with perfect symmetry would end up

still looking good.

I read years ago that Denzel Washington is one of those

blessed with a symmetrical face.

Apparently so is my cat.

I will just lay here so that the human would not

be able to use the keyboard.

One night, kitty arrived looking like this,

a depraved animal.

Kulay putim = puti + putik !

My deranged cat.

The Emperor's New Clothes

Made some clothes for my cat.

Recycled my sock and an old blouse.

This is one unhappy cat pleading ... 

"remove this tunic please,

it makes me look like a girl."

This sweater is from an old sock.

He gets filthy when he roams outside,

so this home-made pet sweater helps a bit.

Goodbye Little One!

Learned that one of the white kittens

that my cat fathered passed away.

From a litter of three,

we are down to one!

Go beat the odds little guy!

I do not know which one died.  :(

This is my cat below, looking innocent.

Behind my back, nagchuchukchakan pala ang dalawang ito.

But of course, pusa lang sila, mga animal at 

sinusundan lang nila ang instincts nila kaya,

one day bumulaga sa akin na nanganak na si babaeng pusa.

Una akala ko di pa kay kitty,

 nakita ko yung unang kuting sa may santan garden,

fiercely guarded by mama cat.

Then, tinuro ni hubby ang ebidensiya...

Di mapagkakaila, ang pusa ko ang ama.

Undeniable to, dalawang puting kuting.

Huhuhu, binatang ama na ang pusa ko.

Kamukha pa niya.

Di ko naman sila malipat sa kahon

 kasi medyo protective pa si mama cat,

kung saan-saan sila tinatago.

Hay, napapa-isip ako kung ipapatanggal ko na ang balls ni kitty

at baka maglipana ang puting furballs sa compound.
